Our policy is to answer every email inquiry within 24 business hours. If you have an order you are inquiring about, please include your name, phone number and order number in the email to us.
Ordering
We accept orders only through our website for shipment within the United States. We do not currently accept International order. Also, we cannot fulfill orders placed over the phone or through email. Upon receipt of your order we will send an email confirmation to the email address you provide us with a link that will allow you to track that order. If you place an order with us and don't get an confirmation email check your "junk" mail folder - it will probably be in there. Otherwise, shoot us an email and we'll get you set up. Once your order ships you will receive another email with tracking information. (if available).
Payment Options
We accept Visa and MasterCard. In addition, we provide an option to pay through PayPal. In the event you would like The Game shipped to an address that is different from you credit card billing address, please use PayPal. We are unable to accept Visa and MasterCard orders where your shipping and billing address do not match. Charges for the game will appear on your credit card statement as “Black Box Game”
Tax
If you reside within the State of Colorado, you will be charged the appropriate State and /or Local sales tax during the order checkout process. You will only be charged tax if you are a resident of Colorado. We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to Colorado addresses, which is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.
Shipping
We guarantee shipping by the next business day. Also, each game is shipped discretely in a USPS delivery service box with the return address shown as BBE, LLC. In order to serve you most efficiently, we offer two shipping options:
USPS Express Mail (1-2 days) - $25.50
USPS Priority Mail (3-5 days) - $8.95
Additional Shipping Charges may apply on orders of three games or more. Please see your shopping cart to view any additional charges.
Once your package is shipped, we will send you a quick email letting you know your package is on the way. We do not ship orders outside of the United States.
PRIORITY MAIL - If your order is placed M-F, before 1 P.M. MST, your order will usually leave our facility the same day you order it. USPS picks up from our facility at the end of the day during the week, so the following day is considered shipping day number one. We ship from the following zip code: 80004.
EXPRESS MAIL r- If your order is placed M-F, before 1 P.M. MST, your order will leave our facility the same day you order it. USPS picks up from our facility at the end of the day during the week, so the following day is considered shipping day number one. Your order will arrive on your doorstep in two days, starting with shipping day number one.
IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS: USPS does not pick up or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. The days that USPS is not picking up or delivering are NOT considered shipping days. When counting up your shipping days, consider this important information.
*We are not responsible for USPS’s performance. Once a package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. There is no way to track or file claims for orders shipped with the U.S. Postal Service. USPS does not guarantee all air shipments during the Christmas holiday. Please see their website for all details.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Our commitment to you is that The Game will be the greatest lifestyle or swinger game you have ever played or we will refund your money - it's that simple. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is any reason we have failed to meet your expectations, we will refund your purchase provided you return The Game to us within 30 days. We do, however, require that you pay to ship the item back to us, and any shipping fees originally paid on your order are non-refundable.
Returns
In the unlikely event you do want to return The Game, please follow these simple steps:
1. Email us at service@blackboxgame.com to request a return authorization.
2. In this email, please provide the reason for the return and the name of the other lifestyle game that you have played and enjoyed more.
3. We will respond with a return address and authorization number
4. Package the return to prevent damage
5. Send us the game with ALL pieces included to the address provided with the return authorization number included in the box
6. Upon receipt we will refund the amount paid to the original credit card used in the purchase minus shipping costs
Important Points:
- We don't refund original shipping costs or cover those incurred to return the game to us
- It is necessary to follow the steps above completely to receive a refund
- If the returned game is damaged or pieces are missing, we cannot provide a refund
- We must receive the game within 30 days of the original purchase
Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel your order prior to shipment, please send us an email at service@blackboxgame.com. This email should include:
- Your Name
- Order Number
- Email Address
- Reason for cancellation
In the event your game has not been shipped, we will refund your money immediately. If we have already shipped The Game to you and you've received a tracking number, please refer to the return section above and follow those instructions.
